Chad's Father
Chad Jolley is the owner of Synergy Home Care. He started Synergy to help other families find truly exceptional home care. Mr. Jolley was compelled to do so after a demoralizing experience trying to find care for his father. In 2004, his Dad experienced several strokes that left him bed-bound and requiring 24-hour in-home care. After experiencing six months of heart-wrenching phone calls and very poor help with his Dad, Mr. Jolley and his family located a professional, compassionate, and dependable company to care for his father. The uncertainty, turmoil, and ultimate relief had an impact.
In 2006, Mr. Jolley changed careers and started Synergy Home Care—a full-service senior care agency. To the right is Danny Childers, Mr. Jolley’s Dad, in 2004, on top of his most prized possession, his FarmAll C tractor. Quietly proud and loyal, he loved his family and tractors with as much passion as he hated getting his photo taken. Mr. Childers passed in 2008.
